Led by Dave Adams of Fox Farm Brewery, this interactive and educational dinner will explore the traditional brewing process of farmhouse ales, while also highlighting the wide spectrum of beer styles Fox Farm has become known for.
Throughout the evening, Dave will guide guests through the philosophy, ingredients, and techniques that shape each beer, offering insight into the craft and culture behind the brewery. Each beer will be paired with a Southern-inspired 4-course menu by Nick Teague, Chef de Cuisine of Engine Room.
