  • Join yoga instructor Sara Kimball for Vinyasa Flow each Thursday morning

  • Class will be held on the dock, with stunning views of Fishers Island Sound

  • Classes are held every Thursday morning at 9:00am, all summer long!

  • Class size limited to 24

Sara Kimball is an E-RYT 500 with teaching experience since 2013. She has been leading yoga teacher trainings through her Yoga Alliance approved school, Intentional Embodiment Yoga, since 2019. Sara is the lead yoga teacher at BarreCoast, joining the team in 2015. She has also taught at Connecticut College, Mystic Yoga Shala, High Street Yoga, Hot on Bank and the Mystic YMCA. Sara offers Yoga Alliance approved continuing education for current yoga teachers, private classes and all!

Smoke & Strings is a food & music festival held at Stone Acres Farm in Stonington, CT.

Music Schedule: 3pm - 4pm // Gavin Marengi 4pm - 6pm // Nick Bosse & The Northern Roots

Tickets are $29 per person, and include admission to the show and one complimentary beer or soft drink. Tickets are non refundable and required for all attendees 12 yrs or older. Kids under the age of 12 are Free of Charge.

Full selection of craft beer, wines and cocktails are available for purchase at the event, along with soft drinks and water.

Engine Room pitmasters will be manning the fire that afternoon offering a full selection of BBQ favorites, smoked meats, seasonal veggies, classic sides sweets! Kids menu is also available.

Smoke & Strings is a family friendly event, and a great way to celebrate early Summer on the Farm in New England.
